John Barr is a residential real estate broker active in both the city of Chicago and the North Shore. John has represented buyers and sellers on unique properties including a historic Lake Forest estate, and the penthouse of a co-op in the Gold Coast. John splits his time between the city and the suburbs. This gives him a unique perspective on both markets. This also enables him to network with a wide range of brokers and clients. While selling a property, John believes it is very important to get the word out to as many brokers in as many markets as possible. Above all else, John’s number one priority is to always do what is best for his clients. He believes in building long-term relationships based on honesty, communication, and hard work.
